Pattern: Mini pants (56–140)

Mini Pants are relaxed and comfortable trousers inspired by classic children's trousers from the 90s. They are made for play and movement, with plenty of room to climb, run, and explore the world.

The trousers have pockets at the front and back, and a roomy fit designed to last longer than one season. They offer great freedom of movement and look great both with the hems rolled up and when they start to fall below the ankles. Mini Pants can be sewn in a variety of fabrics, from crêpe and muslin in summer to corduroy and denim in winter. The result is a versatile favourite that is just as suitable for nursery and school as for quiet days at home.

The pattern can be purchased as a single size or as a package with all sizes at a reduced price.

What you need:
– Fabric 
– Elastic* (2–3 cm wide, <1 m)
– Button*
– Decorative ribbon or fabric for appliqués (optional)

*The pattern is designed so that you can choose buttonhole elastic and a button for an adjustable waistband, or regular elastic if you prefer a simpler solution. Sizes 56 (1–2 months) to 86 (18 months) have a narrower waistband and should not use elastic wider than 2.5 cm.
